Position Summary

The Search Engine and AI Optimization Analyst is responsible for improving web and Google performance for clients through optimizing existing content, creating SEO-focused content, and developing new digital marketing strategies.

The Paid Media Analyst is responsible for campaign setup, optimization, scalability of existing channels, discovery and implementation of new channels, and reporting on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Amazon, and other platforms

Responsibilities & Duties

SEO

  • Execute various elements of a client’s digital marketing strategy
  • Provide AI and SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
  • Perform extensive keyword research in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
  • Assist in the creation of new AI and SEO-focused content to increase incoming traffic from Google, othersearch engines and AI models
  • Research trending topics within a variety of industries to develop relevant content
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
  • Perform monthly planning and reporting in coordination with digital marketing and client goals
  • Stay updated with AI, SEO, social media, and internet marketing industry trends and developments
  • Create, execute & manage day-to-day organic search projects such as metadata optimization, keyword research and on-page copy optimizations.
  • Perform website audits to identify technical issues and opportunities across clients
  • Develop reports to analyze SEO efforts and success using tools such as SEMRush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics and others

  • Maintain an efficient, scalable paid media strategy for clients
  • Communicate clearly with clients to provide updates regularly on the status of campaigns, performance, goals, and optimizations
  • Build strong relationships and rapport with clients
  • Interact comfortably at all levels of the organization
  • Hone knowledge of industry best practices, client verticals, and new technologies
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, key reporting tools, and highlight areas of importance in accordance client goals
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign results and performance across relevant advertising channels
  • Communicate to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
  • Work closely with other team members to meet client goals

Professional Skills & Competencies

SEO

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Marketing, Advertising, Finance, Economics, Business Development)
  • 3.5 GPA or higher
  • Ability to work in office
  • Eager to learn, excellent problem-solving and project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and intracacies of industries
  • A passion for SEO and digital marketing
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects at once
  • Website copywriting and familiarity with UX/UI website design (preferred)
  • Experience working with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager (preferred)
  • Experience working with website platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, and BigCommerce (preferred)

Paid Media

  • Passion for PPC and digital marketing overall
  • Understanding of PPC best practices, KPIs and platforms
  • Eager to learn, curious to answer the “why,” and stay on top of industry trends
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively and propose novel ideas for campaigns
  • Strong attention to detail and the intricacies of each client
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation

Required Professional Qualifications

SEO

  • Google Analytics Certified
  • Experience working with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager
  • A basic understanding of HTML
  • Knowledge of current and developing SEO trends and best practices

Paid Media

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Google Ad Certified
  • Google Analytics Certified
  • BS/BA degree
