The Opportunity

We’re seeking driven, confident, and self-motivated individuals to join our Business Development team with start dates available throughout 2026. This role is a foundational part of our sales organization and offers a clear path for growth into senior sales and leadership positions.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be on the front lines of our growth—building pipelines, connecting with decision-makers, and creating new revenue opportunities in collaboration with experienced sales leaders.

What You’ll Do

  • Represent 20North with confidence and professionalism at trade shows, events, and market acquisition trips
  • Conduct outbound outreach to educate business owners and executives on the value of our digital marketing services
  • Qualify prospects, uncover challenges, and identify opportunities to support the sales team
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-quality leads
  • Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales goals while contributing to overall team revenue growth

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
