Position Summary

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Digital Marketing Account Manager to lead the strategy and execution of digital campaigns for our clients. In this role, you'll act as the main point of contact, guiding clients through campaign planning, execution, and performance reporting—while working closely with internal teams across SEO, Paid Media, and more.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage day-to-day client communication, ensuring alignment on goals, expectations, and deliverables.
  • Own the strategy, implementation, and performance tracking of clients’ digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with SEO, Paid Media, and Content teams to execute integrated marketing strategies.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates, reports, and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.
  • Identify growth opportunities within client accounts and assist with upselling or expanding services.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously bring value to clients.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • A passion for SEO and digital marketing
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the intricacies of each client
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills in a deadline driven atmosphere

Required Professional Qualifications

  • Google Analytics certified
  • Experience in digital marketing, account management, or client-facing roles such as management consulting.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, and digital campaign performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients at once.
  • Proficient in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Experience in an agency environment is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Expected Pay: $78,000 - $94,500
