1. Sign in to Facebook Business Manager
2. Navigate to the users tab on the left and select Partners
3. Under Partner to share assets with, select Add
4. Enter the Partner business ID 657891471477131 and select Next
5. Under the asset tabs, toggle on Full Control for the following asset types
