Position Summary

Are you skilled at transforming concepts into captivating videos, from initial idea to filming, editing, and the final polished product? We're in need of a talented videographer who will oversee all aspects of video production.

Responsibilities & Duties

Content Creation:

  • Conceptualize, film, and produce high-quality short form video advertisements suitable for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and TV ads.
  • Collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to develop video strategies that align with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
  • Adapt filming techniques for various digital platforms ensuring optimal viewer engagement and platform guidelines adherence.


  • Edit raw footage to produce polished and compelling video content.
  • Incorporate graphics, animations, and other multimedia elements when necessary.
  • Ensure that all videos align with the brand voice and aesthetics.

Equipment Management:

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and ensure the readiness of all video equipment.
  • Stay updated on the latest videography equipment and software that can enhance the quality and efficiency of video production.

Collaboration & Feedback:

  • Work closely with the advertising and sales teams to incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions.
  • Attend team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and client pitches, offering expertise in video storytelling.

Continuous Learning:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and new techniques in the world of digital marketing and video production.

Professional Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of the specific requirements and nuances of different social media and digital platforms.
  • A dynamic portfolio showcasing a range of video content, preferably including advertisements.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cohesively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving client needs and project requirements.
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed.
  • Passion for videography and advertising
  • Eager to learn, curious to answer the “why,” and stay on top of industry trends
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively and propose novel ideas for campaigns
  • Strong attention to detail and the intricacies of each client
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation

Required Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Videography, Film, Media Production, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Experience in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.
